Dear Members, In order to improve service and communication for the New Canaan Field Club members, we have created an email account that will be monitored on a daily basis to ensure member satisfaction. The account will be accessed by key people at the club and will be acted upon accordingly. Going forward, please feel free to send emails with any questions related to the club services, e.g., billing, Field House or paddle hut reservations, membership, etc. to member.service@nc-fc.com . This method of communication will be used as an alternative to the telephone messaging service.
