Whether it’s tennis, paddle or any other sport, the last thing we want is an injury keeping us away from the games we all love so much.
After speaking with my teammate, NCFC member Tania Prochilo, a personal trainer, we asked her if she would write down just a few stretches or warm up tips before we go on the court. Tania graciously went above and beyond and made a 10-minute video on injury prevention!
